This role will be based in our West Hartford CT office and require in office 5 days a week till becoming a Full Time employee when it will become 4 days in the office 1 work from home schedule.

As an Underwriting Assistant you will process underwriting support tasks for a line of business for the lifecycle of an account. The account lifecycle may include (but is not limited to: issuance of new business quotes binders policies and mid-term endorsements renewal solicitations renewal raters quotes binder policies and mid-term endorsements audits cancellations and non- renewals (both Insured and Company request). Depending on your level of experience you may have some limited underwriting authority.
