Were seeking a Security Operations Center Supervisor to lead daily security operations and help maintain a safe secure environment for our associates visitors and this role you will oversee security personnel and/or contract security vendors respond to incidents and coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
Supervise schedule and direct the work of security staff and contracted security partners.
Oversee day-to-day security operations to ensure consistent adherence to safety and security protocols.
Partner with internal departments to address and resolve security concerns.
Conduct routine inspections of security systems access controls and safety procedures.
Respond to and manage security incidents and emergencies with professionalism and clarity.
Maintain accurate incident reports and identify process improvements.
Provide ongoing training coaching and performance feedback to security personnel.
Support continuous enhancement of security procedures and operating standards.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
5 years of experience in security operations including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong management communication and decisionmaking skills
Working knowledge of security systems (access control CCTV) emergency response procedures and safety protocols.
Ability to remain calm organized and effective in highpressure or emergency situations.
Associate or bachelors degree in criminal justice security management or a related field.
Professional certifications such as CPP or PSP.
Experience managing thirdparty security vendors.
Knowledge of OSHA standards and other applicable regulatory requirements.
