Role Specifics and Benefits: As a Registered Nurse in the OR youll be the patients advocate and the calm and capable presence in the sterile field. Your responsibilities include circulating and scrubbing during surgical procedures maintaining sterile technique assisting surgeons and anesthesia teams counting instruments and ensuring equipment readiness and safety throughout the perioperative continuum. You will participate in preoperative assessments patient teaching and postoperative recovery planning contributing to smooth transitions from the OR to the PACU.
