Join Frontier Health as an early Software Engineer building superhuman AI co-workers to transform healthcare coordination. Youll own problems end-to-end designing and shipping critical backend systems that integrate AI into live NHS workflows. This role offers immediate impact working directly with clinicians to solve real-world challenges in a fast-moving mission-driven team.

The ideal candidate:

Possesses a strong foundation in Computer Science fundamentals and proficiency in modern backend development practices.
Demonstrates the ability to design debug and ship high-quality production-ready software.
Thrives in a fast-moving collaborative in-person environment with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
