The Role

Currently in construction one of their luxury residential towers at the Gold Coast requires a specialist Structure Foremen.

I ideal candidate will have extensive experience working on large multi-level residential/commercial projects up to 40 levels.

Managing all aspects of the structure you will l be responsible for driving large teams of subcontractors surpassing Safety Program and Quality Targets.

You will dovetail into an existing cohesive team to help deliver this critical part of the project.

About you

You will be a specialist Structures Foreman for a Principal Building contractor.

You MUST have proven experience working on multi-level (mid to high rise) residential towers preferably delivering a class 1 product.

You will be a proven leader and passionate about your trade and your team.

This would suit someone who has worked in a Tier 1 or 2 contractor in a Structure Foreman role for 5 years .
