Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office on a day-to-day basis. As an Office Assistant you will provide essential administrative support that contributes to the efficient running of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls emails and correspondence
- Maintain organized files and documentation
- Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Perform data entry and maintain databases
- Greet visitors and provide them with assistance
Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with additional education preferred
- Proven experience in an office assistant or administrative role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
