Job Summary
The Electrical Engineer will oversee review and coordinate electrical design work for the CLIENT Boden Project (Steel Mill Iron Reduction Hydrogen Plant Balance of Plant PDOP Ground Works). You will ensure design compliance with codes and standards manage EPCM/OEM partners and lead electrical engineering delivery in your assigned areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage electrical engineering and design for assigned project areas.
Review and approve electrical design and installation documents.
Ensure compliance with international Swedish and Scandinavian codes & standards.
Perform/review power system studies (Load Flow Short Circuit Harmonics Protection).
Coordinate with EPCM/OEM partners and cross-functional teams.
Lead and supervise electrical engineers supervisors and technicians.
Act as technical representative in project meetings and ensure quality and schedule compliance.
Qualifications :
- 610 years in industrial electrical design & engineering (Steel Power Hydrogen or Oil & Gas projects).
Hands-on experience reviewing major project deliverables.
Knowledge of substations switchgear motors drives UPS batteries field equipment and ETAP or similar software.
Familiarity with international Swedish and Scandinavian codes & standards.
Experience managing engineering teams and coordinating with EPCM/OEM partners.
Key Skills:
Technical: Electrical design power systems substations protection systems ETAP cabling instrumentation/control fire alarm systems (preferred).
Management: Team leadership project coordination stakeholder communication quality assurance.
Soft Skills: Communication collaboration problem-solving adaptability in complex projects.
