Your Opportunity:
- Shape and execute strategic plans to accelerate profitable growth across New Zealand.
- Take ownership of performance analysis drive impactful corrective actions and deliver strong P&L results.
- Oversee the marketing and management of both local and multinational portfolios positioning Chubb as the partner of choice.
- Build lead and empower high-performing teams championing diversity equity and inclusion at every level.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key accounts brokers and senior executives to unlock new opportunities.
- Ensure compliance while leveraging emerging market trends to secure competitive advantage.

Qualifications
What Youll Bring:
- 1015 years senior management experience in insurance or general management.
- Deep expertise in risk management and insurance principles.
- Multiline underwriting experience and a robust financial background.
- Exceptional leadership negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record managing complex projects teams and business transformation.
