The QE&A Scheduling Lead supports the Scheduling Manager in delivering high-quality sampling programmes to meet regulatory and business needs. You will optimise and deliver schedules train and support Schedulers and ensure procedures are followed for continuity of service.

You will participate in operational management rotas maintain quality records and support audits and investigations. The role requires attention to detail organisational skills and a commitment to health and safety and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

  • Schedule sampling programmes and plan resourcesacross multi-disciplined teams
  • Monitoringreports to ensureprogrammesmeet regulator and business expectations
  • Capture and update absence and sampling events
  • Deliver training and monitor team KPIs
  • Maintain compliance with QMS procedures and regulatory standards
  • Support audits andlead onnon-conforming workinvestigationsand collaboration with wider teams.
  • Advocate health and safety in all activities

What does it take to be successful

  • Scientific A Level (or equivalent)
  • Experience in scientific environments and team supervision
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and QMS
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and collaborative approach
  • Commitment to continuous professional development
