Purpose of the role
As the sales manager for a geographic area you play a key role in the organization by identifying and converting business opportunities within your region in the large and very large enterprise segments.
Essential responsibilities
- Develop and manage your own clients portfolio large and very large enterprises (from 500MWh tó 25GWh/y of power or gas consumption)
- Map the territory Identify opportunities build a local network (consultants business clubs) and keep a disciplined cadence of meetings
- Propose competitive pricing for power gas and injection
- Take care of your existing customers and manage renewals
- Advise customers about injection & consumption (PV/on-site generation batteries EV charging flexibility
- Lead and coach the local sales team (1 to 3 persons)
- Work closely with Operations Customer Care and Credit & Collection
Qualifications :
- BSc/MSc degree
- At least 3 years in B2B energy sales
- Fluency in French or Dutch and strong English skills
- Entrepreneur mindset
- A true hunter mindset: organized persistent performance-driven
- Strong negotiation and relationship skills
- Excel proficiency (formulas pivots) and solid CRM/forecast discipline
