Bachelors degree in Human Services Counseling Social Work or related area and experience is required
Commitment and skills dealing effectively with families utilizing based on strengths based approach
Strong oral and written communication skills
Working knowledge of community resources and willingness and interest to collaborate with other agencies
Desire to be part of a growing grass roots program that serves as a living memorial through its mission of child abuse and neglect prevention
Must be at least 21 years of age
Valid MA drivers license with acceptable driving record and current proof of insurance
Acceptable CORI and SORI background record check as required by program
