Job Summary
Our Emerging Talent Programs which includes Interns Trainees and Finance Rotational Associates offer unique opportunities for students recent graduates and emerging talent to work alongside the teams that come together to create movies TV shows and other great experiences. These seasonal paid assignments provide meaningful and productive work that allows you to build on your experience and develop your skills further. You will be provided with challenging tasks real-world experience and many educational and social networking opportunities.
ThisTrainee position will run from January through June 2026. This position is ideal for recent graduates or entry-level talent interested injump-startingtheir career in a particular field. A hybrid work structure may or may not be available.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Providing administrative support (rolling calls scheduling meetings etc.) for executives
Reading scripts or other submission materials and providing written and/or verbal coverage for development executives ina timelyfashion
Performing deep research and compiling informational materials on projects
Maintaining Databases and delivery on creative projects
QUALIFICATIONS:
Passion and focus on filmmaking with an interest in feature development
Proficiencyin office programs (i.e.Outlook Excel Word Google Suite etc.)
Prior experience handling office phones
Attention to detail organization initiative and the ability to multitask
Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Undergraduate student or recent graduate who has studied or is currently studying in a relevant field
