- You will generate CAR T-cells from primary human material using isolation activation transduction and expansion techniques.
- You will perform co-culture assays to validate CAR T-cell performance including cytotoxicity phenotyping and cytokine production measurements.
- You will employ 3D and 2D imaging workflows for the characterization of the tumor microenvironment.
- You will test novel reagents for 3D imaging to characterize tumor cells.
- This position offers you a unique opportunity to obtain your Masters degree while staying abreast of the latest developments in therapies and the field of imaging.
Qualifications :
- You are an enrolled student and have a Bsc. degree in biology.
- You should be familiar with cellular biology techniques e.g. isolation of PBMC lentiviral transduction and co-culture systems.
- You should have basic imaging skills such as fluorescence and confocal microscopy as well as histological techniques e.g H&E & Immunohistochemistry.
- You are well organised flexible and conscientiously document your laboratory results.
- You are curious and eager to learn.
- Teamwork and open communication are part of your key values.
- You are fluent in English.
