The base salary for this position is $24.65 hourly.
Our Bell Clerk is the master coordinator of the front drive. As an ambassador of Mauna Lani he or she leaves the first and last impression upon our guests during their stay. The Bell Clerks primary role is to coordinate guest requests for bell service using our internal computer portal maintain valet keys and give direction and offer support to our guests. The ideal candidate is outgoing friendly warm and helpful. He or she has a wealth of knowledge about the Big Island and is eager to create lasting memories for our guests. This position requires high energy thoughtful communication skills computer knowledge and the ability to multitask.
Qualifications :
- Any combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge skills and ability.
- High school education preferred.
- Related hospitality experience preferred.
- A clean drivers abstract and valid drivers license is essential.
