The Operations Integration department is responsible for implementing merger and acquisition projects for our two divisions (NAPA and TW) across Canada.
As a Project Manager specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful operationalization and stabilization of acquired companies within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams stakeholders and external partners to manage and execute integration plans align operations and achieve synergy between the acquired entity and our organization.
Specifically:
- Collaborate with regional teams to develop and execute integration plans that comply with the companys objectives and standards;
- Manage integration projects by overseeing teams budgets timelines and risk management;
- Work closely with the finance operations procurement and human resources departments to ensure a smooth integration;
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues;
- Support new partners in adopting processes and systems and stabilize operations;
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for management on the progress and outcomes of integrations.
Qualifications :
To join our team you must:
- Hold a degree in business administration operations management or logistics;
- Have a minimum of 5 years experience in project management or operations;
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills both oral and written in French and English. You will regularly collaborate with internal clients across Canada;
- Be available to travel 50% of the time and be on-site as needed;
- Be proficient with project management software and tools as well as Microsoft Excel.
