- Oversee daily shop operations.
- Manage materials tools and equipment for field crews.
- Stage and deliver supplies to crews for smooth workflow.
- Maintain a clean safe and organized shop.
- Promote a positive team culture and support company objectives.
- 5 years in exterior construction (gutter experience a plus).
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Leadership mindset and team-first approach.
- Willingness to work overtime and grow with the company.
- OSHA and ladder safety training preferred.
- Must be 18 with valid drivers license.
- $18$22/hour 2030 hours/week.
