Private Capital Client Service Analyst

The Client ServiceAnalystprovides product support to clients and prospects. Through hands-on training and exposure toMSCIs PrivateAssets solutions this individual will gain valuable product and investment knowledge while building client relationship skills.Thisrole focuses on the Private iproduct which is theMSCI Private Assetsinvestment analytics platform that gives you the clear facts to manage private investments and their liquidity with confidence. The plaform unifies and enriches vast private asset datasets in one centralized place efficiently delivering the information you need. Clearly see how individual funds or all funds are performing determine risk across sectors or regions and benchmark your portfolio performance against one of the largest collections of private capital data avaliable.

Scope andKeyResponsibilities

• Acquirea thorough understanding of the Private iplatform as well as the rest of theMSCI Private Assetsproduct suite and how our products fit into client organizations and their processes
• Serve as an advocate forMSCIto the client as well as an advocate for the client withinMSCI
• Provide first-tier product support addressing product-related inquiriesfrom clients
• Support senior team members in client calls and lead platform training sessions
• Coordinatewithteams internally to help shape the product roadmapvalidateplatform behavior and on other projects as needed

ExperienceandQualifications

• Bachelors degree(Finance Economics or similar fielda plus but notrequired)
• 1-2years of finance accounting or investment experience
• Strong analyticalproblem-solvingorganizational and interpersonal skills
• Strong writtenand verbal communication skills
• Portfolio analysis performance measurement or domainexpertisein investment analytics a plus
• Proficiencyin MS Excel a plus
• Progress towards CFA CAIA CIPM or FRM a plus
• Training consulting or client presentation experience a plus but notrequired
