SDR Lead

What you will do:
Manage mentor and lead a team of SDRs to consistently exceed lead generation targets.
Develop and implement innovative outbound prospecting strategies leveraging automation and tools for efficiency and quality.
Collaborate with sales marketing and RevOps to optimize processes align teams and maximize CRM effectiveness.
The ideal candidate:
23 years of SDR experience in B2B SaaS including at least 1 year in a team lead/management role.
Strong understanding of outbound sales processes prospecting tools and lead qualification techniques.
Excellent communication coaching and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for sustainability.
