Job Summary

Responsibilities:

Deliver operational staff work planning and output including command on operations and while non deployed.
Responsible for day to day management of personnel and delivery of training to those under command.
Analyse and interpret the direction of senior leadership.
Deliver creative solutions by applying innovative thought process.
Responsible for line management administration and career advice of team members.
Supervise and advise personnel in all aspects of professional and personal development including career management.
Identify and demonstrate personal and professional development opportunities for self and others.
Responsible for the health safety welfare and discipline for team members and personnel under command.
