Job Summary
- Location: Stoke on-Trent West Midlands
- Salary: 37592
- Working Hours: 2 on 4 off. 8am-11pm plus sleep
- Service: Childrens Residential Home
- Service Users: PSB/SHB
- Home: 5 Bed
- Qualifications Required: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in residential childcare
- Employment Type: Permanent Full-time

- Young Peoples Needs: EBD LD Trauma Neglect CSE CCE PSB
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Team Leader who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people. You will be leading shifts supporting young people in their daily activities and ensuring a safe nurturing environment.
Strong leadership skills
Ability to build positive relationships with young people
Resilience motivation and adaptability
Understanding of safeguarding and care planning
Good IT and record-keeping skills
Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)
