Job Description:
Join to design and build state-of-the-art computer vision models for real-time surgical step prediction. Youll work with transformer-based video encoders and multimodal pipelines developing robust training datasets and optimizing models for edge and cloud. This role directly powers autonomous documentation and intelligent assistance in the operating room collaborating with surgeons and ML researchers.

What you will do:

Design and build state-of-the-art computer vision models for real-time surgical step prediction.

The ideal candidate:

Proven experience designing and implementing computer vision models especially with video data.
Familiarity with transformer-based architectures and temporal action segmentation.
Ability to optimize models for various deployment environments (edge/cloud) and work with multimodal data.
