Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service Representative: Provide outstanding service to customers via phone email and chat. Address customer inquiries resolve issues and ensure a positive experience.

Content Moderator: Monitor and review user-generated content across digital platforms ensuring it complies with company guidelines and community standards. Flag inappropriate content and take action when necessary.

Requirements:

Language Skills: French (C2 level) and intermediate English (B2 level).

Problem-solving skills.

Previous experience in customer service or content moderation is a plus but not mandatory.

EU Citizenship or Working VISA

Willing to Relocate
