Job Summary
We are seeking dependable Construction Laborers to support daily operations on industrial and commercial projects. This role involves performing a variety of physical tasks to assist skilled trades and ensure safe efficient worksite operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties including loading/unloading materials site cleanup and assisting tradespeople.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Support construction activities such as digging lifting carrying and assembling.
- Safely operate heavy equipment including tele-forklifts mini excavators and other machinery as required.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean organized work environment.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet project deadlines.
- Adapt to rotating shifts and varying worksite conditions.
Qualifications
- Previous construction or labor experience preferred.
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts (6:00 AM 6:00 PM).
- Must have experience operating heavy equipment (tele-forklift mini excavator etc.).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing repetitive tasks.
- Strong work ethic reliability and willingness to learn.
- Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.

Compensation
