We are a growing company with a strong reputation for excellence and are looking for a talented Enterprise Data Architect to join our team.

As the Enterprise Data Architect you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the overall data architecture for Paradise Architectural PANELS & STEEL. You will work closely with business stakeholders data analysts and developers to ensure that our data strategy aligns with our business goals and objectives. Your primary focus will be on designing and implementing a scalable and secure data architecture that supports our companys growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain the enterprise data architecture for Paradise Architectural PANELS & STEEL

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions

- Design and implement data models data warehouses and data integration processes

- Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data governance policies and procedures

- Identify and resolve data architecture issues and provide recommendations for improvement

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data standards best practices and data security protocols

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data architecture and make recommendations for adoption

- Participate in data-related projects and initiatives providing technical expertise and guidance

- Develop and maintain data documentation and data dictionaries

- Train and mentor junior data team members on data architecture best practices and tools

Requirements:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data architecture data modeling and data integration

- Strong understanding of data management principles data warehousing and data governance

- Experience with data modeling tools such as ERwin ER/Studio or PowerDesigner

- Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g. Oracle SQL Server)

- Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
