SEEKING EXPERIENCED GUTTER INSTALLER - FUTURE CREW LEADER (Jacksonville FL)

This is an experienced position and the ultimate candidate will have at least 2 years of gutter installation experience as well as skilled carpentry and/or exterior construction experience. A positive attitude is a must as well as the ability to properly and comfortably interact with clients and other employees.

Requirements:

2 years gutter installation experience (preferably as Lead Installer)
2 years experience in skilled carpentry and/or exterior construction
Positive attitude & Excellent communication skills
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions/seasons; OK with heights; willingness to work some overtime occasionally
Interest in growing with the company - future leadership opportunities
OSHA 10/30 - preferred
Previous experience specifically related to gutter services/installation and a passion for all things gutters (like us) is a huge plus!

Compensation: Hourly Position ($20 - $35) -- Salary commensurate with experience; pay range includes weekly opportunities to earn performance bonuses and overtime.

Experienced Gutter Installer Minimum Requirements:

Construction/Gutters: 2 years
Must be 18 or older
Must have a valid drivers license

Compensation: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
