Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate 3D Civil 3D models for infrastructure works including roads utilities and drainage.
- Extract and prepare 2D drawings (plans profiles sections schedules) in compliance with project standards.
- Coordinate with engineers BIM coordinators and multidisciplinary teams to resolve clashes and ensure constructability
- Perform clash detection constructability reviews and support BIM coordination activities
- Ensure BIM deliverables comply with BEP TIDP/MIDP CDE protocols and relevant BIM standards
- Support quantity take-offs data extraction and timely submission of project deliverables
Key Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering Architectural Engineering Surveying or related field
- Must have 38 years of experience in Civil 3D modeling for infrastructure projects
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D (corridors alignments profiles surfaces assemblies)
- Experience with BIM coordination tools such as Navisworks BIM 360/ACC AutoCAD and CDE platforms
- Strong attention to detail problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and within teams
- Immediate hiring candidates who are available to join ASAP are strongly preferred
