About the Role

We are urgently hiring Crioulo speaking Customer Support Representatives to join an international team based in Lisbon. You will support customers via phone email and chat ensuring a high-quality customer experience for a global brand.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates already in Portugal or willing to relocate quickly.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer inquiries in Crioulo
Provide support via phone email and chat
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
Follow internal procedures and quality guidelines
Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems
Collaborate with team members and supervisors

Requirements

Fluency in Crioulo C1/C2 level
Basic to good level of English
Customer-oriented mindset
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work full-time on-site in Lisbon
EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residence/work permit

Nice to Have

Previous customer service or call center experience
Familiarity with CRM tools
Multilingual profile
