Role Overview:

As a Customer Support youll be the main point of contact for customers assisting them through phone email and live chat. Your focus will be to provide quick accurate answers and ensure a smooth and positive customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Multi-channel support: Assist customers professionally via phone email and chat
Problem solving: Respond to questions about products/services troubleshoot issues and support account-related requests
Customer guidance: Explain solutions clearly address concerns and ensure customers feel supported
Accurate documentation: Log interactions and resolutions carefully in internal systems
Escalations: Flag and escalate complex or sensitive cases according to procedures
Team collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
Quality & targets: Meet service KPIs quality standards and response-time goals
Ongoing learning: Stay updated on products policies and best practices to deliver excellent support

Requirements:

Language Proficiency: Fluent in French (C2 level)
Eligibility: EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residency card
Experience: 01 year in customer support or a related role
Skills: Strong communication analytical and problem-solving abilities
Mindset: Eager to learn adaptable and motivated to grow within a fast-paced environment
