DescriptionAs an Integrated Supply Chain Operations Manager here at Honeywell you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our end-to-end supply chain processes. You will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the integration of various supply chain functions from procurement and production to distribution and logistics.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end to end supply chain operations including demand planning procurement production planning inventory management and logistics
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE
- 6 years of experience in supply chain management with a focus on integration and optimization.
- Operational Excellence Experience
- Experience providing guidance and coaching to direct and/or indirect reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and other relevant software.
- Knowledge of industry best practices emerging trends and technologies in supply chain management.
