This role demands ensuring stable predictable and trusted releases where precision is paramount. Youll manage processes drive timely delivery and build high-performing teams across Europe directly impacting global security and saving lives.

What you will do:

Ensure robust scalable engineering processes are maintained across our Ukrainian core product team.
Drive the hiring staffing and establishment of product and Go-To-Market teams across NATO member states.
Manage active roadmaps timelines and effectively communicate trade-offs and strategic compromises to leadership.

The ideal candidate:

Proven experience managing engineering teams delivering mission-critical high-reliability software products.
Demonstrated ability to establish and scale engineering processes in complex geographically distributed environments.
Strong leadership in hiring team building and strategic communication with stakeholders and senior leadership.
