We Are Hiring a Sales Hunter

This isnt an order-taker role. This is a position for someone who thrives on creating opportunities loves meeting people and enjoys turning relationships into revenue.

This role includes:

Competitive base salary
Car allowance
Gas reimbursement
Full training
Growth path into senior sales or territory expansion roles

What Youll Do

Generate new business through networking cold calling and in-person outreach
Build relationships with:
- Homebuilders
- Remodelers
- Roofing companies
- Home-service professionals
- HOA boards and community managers
- Realtors and property managers
Attend networking groups (BNI builder associations etc.)
Identify and create partnerships that drive consistent referrals
Represent the Brothers Gutters brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
Visit job sites meet with homeowners and provide on-site consultation

Experience Were Looking For

Preferred Backgrounds

(Not required but a big plus)

Outside sales (home services construction roofing pest control solar landscaping)
Experience building referral networks
Familiarity with BNI or similar networking groups
Comfort visiting job sites or residential neighborhoods
