Job Summary
A vacancy has arisen for an AS1(T) (Air Tech (W)) to serve as SPT ENG SUP ARM STN ARMOURY OR at RAF Honington on Full Time Reserve Service (Limited Commitment) Terms and Conditions of Service (TCoS) with an initial proposed start date of 01 April 2026 (or earlier/later subject to candidate status).
This post is located in the Stn Armoury and the post holder will be responsible to SNCO AEF for the performance of their duties which will include the following:
- The maintenance and security of military small arms and associated equipment and the safe custody of privately-owned weapons held within the RAF Station Armoury.
- The issue receipt and accounting of small arms ammunition and explosives.
- Understanding Military Technical publications and Engineering documentation.
- Be able to perform Armament Bay duties.
