Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead operations at one of our apartment communities. The ideal candidate has a strong background in property management a commitment to resident satisfaction and proven ability to manage day-to-day operations leasing and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of property operations including leasing rent collection resident relations and maintenance coordination.
- Lead manage and develop on-site staff to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
- Ensure property meets budget and occupancy goals.
- Execute marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintain curb appeal and property standards.
- Maintain accurate records and reports including financials renewals and service requests.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws company policies and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Previous property management experience is required.
- Experience with OneSite and KNOCK is preferred.
- Strong leadership organization and communication skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in property management software Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus.
- Must pass background and drug screening.
- Must be able to provide proof of valid vehicle insurance.
- Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
