Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner to understand their vehicle needs.
- Present and demonstrate vehicles to customers highlighting features and benefits.
- Assist customers throughout the sales process including test drives and financing options.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay informed about special promotions and incentives.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat and referral business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Prior experience in automotive sales or customer service preferred but not required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
- Valid drivers license and good driving record.
- Customer-oriented with a passion for helping people.
