Job Skills / Requirements
Willing to Train some experience preferred.
This position requires travel to other locations such as Bay City Victoria Conroe etc. Hotel paid for by the company. Mileage and per diem paid monthly.
Essential duties:
*Perform all assigned tasks in a professional and timely manner.
*Must be able to strip/wax VCT tiles (attention to detail is critical)
*Must know how to burnish floors with a High Speed
*Must be able to extract and bonnet carpets
*Utilize the appropriate chemicals and supplies according to policy and procedure.
*May also be needed to support our janitorial program (other duties as assigned)
*Ability to work with little supervision.
*Reports safety hazards when identified.
*Power wash windows for commercial buildings
*Observe safety precautions at all times uses safety signs
Experience operating the following pieces of equipment preferred but NOT Required;
Low speed Side by Side
High Speed Burnish
Carpet Extractor
Wet /Dry Vacuum
Drying Fan
Walk Behind scrubber
Ride on Scrubber
Pressure Washer
Ladder/Lift (Training will be provided)
Must be able to pass background check.

This is a Full-Time position1st Shift 2nd Shift Weekends.
