We are looking for a hands-on AEM DAM expert with 810 years of deep technical experience in AEM Assets (DAM) development and configuration. This role demands an engineer who can design build and optimize complex DAM solutions lead integrations with enterprise platforms and mentor development teams. You will own the end-to-end DAM architecture workflows automation and scaling strategies to support a global digital ecosystem.

About the Job

• Architect and develop custom workflows renditions and asset automation pipelines in AEM DAM.

• Configure and optimize metadata schemas folder structures asset ingestion pipelines tagging and governance.

• Implement Dynamic Media configurations CDN caching and asset delivery optimizations.

• Build and maintain integrations with Creative Cloud PIM eCommerce and CMS platforms.

• Lead DAM-related migration projects and build scalable ingestion frameworks.

• Provide technical direction and mentorship for AEM developers.

• Troubleshoot and resolve AEM performance workflow and integration issues.

• Drive adoption of best practices for asset lifecycle security and access control.

• Collaborate with architects to align DAM solutions with enterprise architecture and cloud-first strategies.

About You

• 810 years of AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) development with specialization in DAM/Assets.

• Advanced knowledge of:

  • Metadata models & schema configuration

  • Workflow design & customization (Sling Java)

  • Dynamic Media renditions & publishing

  • Asset ingestion and versioning pipelines

• Strong coding skills in Java Sling REST APIs.

• Expertise in integrating DAM with enterprise systems (Creative Cloud MDM eCommerce).

• Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service / Cloud Manager.

• Solid understanding of asset caching CDN strategies and performance optimization.

• Proven ability to lead technical teams and guide solution delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

• Adobe AEM Certifications (Developer Architect Assets Specialist).

• Experience with AI/ML-based tagging and asset classification.

• DAM migration expertise (legacy DAM AEM).

• Knowledge of DevOps for AEM (CI/CD pipelines automated deployments).
