WPSare looking for a skilled Plasterer to join our team delivering responsive maintenance works within social housing properties in the Redditch area. This is a great opportunity to work on varied projects ensuring high-quality finishes and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out plastering repairs and maintenance in occupied and void properties.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and complies with health & safety regulations.
- Work efficiently to complete jobs within agreed timescales.
- Communicate professionally with residents and colleagues.
Requirements
- Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Plastering (or equivalent qualification).
- Proven plastering experience in a social housing or similar environment.
- Full UK driving licence (company van provided).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good customer service skills and attention to detail.
