Job Summary

Permanent full time (37.5 hpw) Monday to Friday

Working in our properties across the North East our office is based at Mercury House Belmont Durham

What youll do

Carry out plastering and tiling repairs maintenance and refurbishments
Complete whole jobs with a multi-skilled approach
Use mobile technology to log jobs and keep things moving
Work safely and follow all health and safety rules
Look after your van tools and materials

You have

NVQ Level 2 in plastering or tiling
Experience in domestic housing repairs and maintenance
Skills in other trades and a flexible can-do attitude
Confidence using technology and learning new systems
A full UK driving licence

The practical bits

Youll work Monday to Friday
We work between the hours of 08:30 am to 4:30 pm with an on-call allowance
Youll cover a patch in the North East region working across key locations
You get a van for business use and commuting plus a fuel card
You need a Basic DBS check that we pay for
