Job Overview

We are seeking a Band 5 Pharmacy Technician to join our pharmacy team at Doncaster Hospital. This role involves supporting the delivery of high-quality pharmacy services within a hospital setting working closely with pharmacists assistants and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Dispense and supply medicines accurately and efficiently.
Support automated dispensing processes.
Assist in stock management and ordering.
Provide technical support to pharmacists and the wider team.
Ensure compliance with medicines management policies and procedures.
Participate in local induction and shadowing during the first week.

Qualifications and Experience

GPhC registration as a Pharmacy Technician.
Essential: Previous hospital pharmacy experience.
Desirable: NHS experience and familiarity with WellSky system.
