You will leverage your expertise to attract top technical talent optimize hiring processes and act as a strategic advisor to leadership in a fast-paced innovative environment.

What you will do:

Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders improving hiring outcomes and candidate experience.
Design and execute comprehensive hiring strategies focused on both quality and speed.
Source and engage top-tier candidates for a variety of complex technical roles across the software stack.

The ideal candidate:

410 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter with a focus on deep tech roles.
Demonstrable experience recruiting in high-growth startup or scale-up environments.
Fluent in German (C1C2 minimum) and adept at leveraging data for hiring optimization.
