Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and consolidate all projectrelated information upon request initiation.
- Develop and propose project budgets based on the scope and requirements.
- Coordinate between the requesting department contractors and consultants as needed.
- Communicate with contractors collect quotations and ensure they meet project specifications.
- Review and ensure quotations comply with project and commercial requirements.
- Negotiate pricing where applicable.
- Verify if the project requires a consultant before and assist in preparing BOQs and layouts.
- Prepare comparison sheets for quotations and obtain necessary approvals from management.
- Draft and prepare contracts with consultants contractors or any type of service provider.
- Monitor ongoing projects addressing any arising issues or bottlenecks.
- Follow up on payment schedules and ensure timely processing for contractors.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and in accordance with the approved scope.
- Prepare and submit daily reports for all current pending and new projects.
