We are currently working with a leader in the FMCG sector to recruit a Country Manager for Saudi Arabia based in Riyadh. This highimpact leadership role will be responsible for the full P&L and commercial strategy of the Saudi business with a strong focus on driving revenue growth building local capability and delivering operational excellence in a dynamic and competitive market.
What Youll be Doing
- Develop and execute the country strategy in alignment with regional and global objectives ensuring sustainable growth and market expansion.
- Lead full P&L responsibility driving topline growth profitability and cash flow performance.
- Manage crossfunctional teams including sales marketing operations finance and HR to ensure cohesive and strong local alignment.
- Build strong relationships with key retail partners distributors and customers to enhance market penetration and brand visibility.
- Drive innovation in gotomarket strategy and instore to ensure competitiveness and consumer relevance.
- Monitor business performance through data and analytics implementing course corrections and continuous improvement as needed.
- Ensure full compliance with all legal regulatory and internal governance requirements.
- Represent the company externally with industry bodies government stakeholders and the broader business community.
Who You Are
- A senior FMCG professional with a minimum of 1215 years of commercial experience including recent leadership roles in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven track record of managing full P&L and leading crossfunctional teams in a complex fastpaced environment.
- Strong background in modern trade traditional trade distributor management and inmarket .
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with a handson approach and the ability to adapt to market dynamics.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
