Job Summary

Our Cafe is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Manager to join our growing team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position offering a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of a leading company. The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of multiple locations within the assigned region. This role requires strong leadership communication and analytical skills along with a proven track record of achieving business objectives.

Responsibilities:

* Manage and oversee the daily operations of assigned locations in Riyadh.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve sales customer satisfaction and profitability.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective action as needed.
* Recruit train and develop high-performing teams.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients suppliers and local authorities.
* Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
* Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field.
* Proven experience as an Area Manager or in a similar role ideally within the region.
* Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic is highly desirable.
