What you will be doing:

• Assist in leading and supporting the daily operations of the restaurant bar or in-room dining

• Uphold MGallerys commitment to storytelling by delivering refined personalized service

• Coordinate closely with the culinary team to ensure exquisite presentation and quality

• Supervise mentor and inspire junior team members fostering a culture of excellence

• Anticipate guest needs resolve concerns gracefully and create memorable moments

• Ensure compliance with health safety and luxury brand standards

Your experience and skills include:

• A service-driven mindset with genuine passion for food beverage and hospitality

• Previous experience in a similar leadership role within upscale or boutique hotels is preferred
