Belt vulcanizer

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform rubber belt jointing maintenance and repair as per site requirements.
  

• Carry out maintenance and repair of rubber skirts and ensure reliable system performance.
  

• Inspect and maintain chute systems belt idlers and pulley systems.
  

• Ensure all work is conducted in compliance with safety laws regulations and company QHSSE standards.
  

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in conveyor belt systems to minimize downtime.
  

• Prepare and maintain records of completed maintenance tasks.
  

• Perform other related duties as assigned by superiors.
  

Working Conditions:

• Duration: 35 Days (starting 28th September 2025).
  

• Duty: 6 days per week (1 day off).
  

• Working Hours: 12 hours per day (including 1-hour lunch break).
  

• Overtime: Any additional hours will be charged as per timesheet signed by Engineer.
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Belt Vulcanizer in plant or industrial conveyor belt systems.
  

• Strong technical knowledge in:
  

  • Rubber belt jointing maintenance and repair
    

  • Rubber skirts repair and maintenance
    

  • Chute system knowledge
    

  • Belt idlers and pulley systems
    

• Familiarity with safety regulations and plant maintenance procedures.
  

• Ability to work independently and efficiently under plant conditions.
