Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for both manual and automated testing.

Identify document and track software defects using Azure DevOps bug tracking system.

Perform various testing types including functional regression usability performance and security testing.

Develop and maintain automated test scripts using appropriate tools & frameworks.

Collaborate with developers product managers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback on software design.

Participate in review sessions and provide input on testability and quality.

Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on software quality.

Contribute to the development and improvement of our QA processes and methodologies.

Mentor junior testers and share best practices.

Stay up to date with the latest testing tools techniques and trends.

Work in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Requirements

6 years of experience in software testing with a focus on both manual and automation testing.

Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and principles.

Proficient in designing and executing test plans and test cases.

Experience with various testing types (functional regression usability performance security).

Handson experience with test automation tools and frameworks (like Selenium Cypress JUnit TestNG or others).

Experience with bug tracking systems particularly Azure DevOps Test Plans.

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Experience working with related AI tools/assistants/IDEs/APIs is a must!

6+ years of experience in full-stack web development. Extensive experience with PHP and the Laravel framework. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns. Proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks like React or . Experience with database design and management, in particular MySQL and PostgreSQL. Experience with Git systems, in particular Gitlab and Azure DevOps. Familiarity with testing frameworks and methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience working with related AI tools/assistants/IDEs/APIs is a must! Experience with dedicated-servers and cloud platforms (like: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus. Experience with OctoberCMS is a huge plus, or willing to learn.
