We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to support the testing and quality assurance of our digital platforms and internal systems. Key Responsibilities
Design develop and execute comprehensive test plans to identify and eliminate software defects
Collaborate closely with software developers and product managers to understand requirements and create effective test cases
Perform manual and automated testing to ensure application quality functionality and performance
Document test results and produce clear detailed bug reports
Track reported issues and verify fixes to ensure timely resolution
Participate in code reviews to identify potential risks and suggest improvements
Stay up to date with testing tools methodologies and best practices
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance overall QA effectiveness
Requirements
To succeed in this role candidates should have:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
3 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or in a similar role
Strong experience with manual and automated testing including black-box white-box and exploratory testing
Hands-on experience with testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium JMeter and TestRail
Experience developing and maintaining test automation frameworks
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail with excellent documentation abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
Proficiency in English
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with project management tools
Experience with collaboration tools
