Job Summary
As our Medior Financial Accountant you will perform accounting activities for the Dutch entities of the Sogelink Group. You will work closely with other accountants and contribute to accurate and well-organized financial administration.

What you will do
Perform monthly and annual closings for the Dutch entities working closely with other accountants.
Prepare annual financial reports and support statutory audits.
Submit VAT declarations and other mandatory reports including Intrastat.
Create monthly balance sheet reconciliations and follow up on unusual or outdated items.
Conduct cash flow analyses and provide management with insights.
Carry out ad-hoc analyses to support operational or strategic decisions.
Help improve and standardize accounting processes contributing to efficiency and accuracy.
Book account payable invoices.
Who you are
You hold an HBO degree in Accounting or Finance.
You have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role or at an external audit firm.
You have strong knowledge of Dutch accounting regulations; IFRS knowledge is a plus.
You have strong analytical skills attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility.
You are comfortable with ERP systems and have advanced Excel skills.
You enjoy solving problems are proactive and organized and thrive in an international team.
You are fluent in English and ideally also speak Dutch.
