Core Responsibilities & Teaching Scope
Literary Engagement: Instructing English Language and Literature across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (GCSE) only.
Writing Development: Driving high attainment by developing pupils analytical structural and persuasive essay writing skills.
Collaborative Practice: Engaging fully with departmental initiatives and shared best practice within the ECT cohort.
