We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Year 2 Teacher to join our inclusive and high-achieving primary school in Slough from January 2026. This is a permanent position open to full-time and part-time applicants with potential for a TLR for subject or phase leadership for the right candidate.

The Role
Position: Year 2 Teacher
Location: Slough
Start Date: January 2026
Contract: Permanent Full-Time or Part-Time Considered
TLR: Available for Subject or Phase Leadership (for the right candidate)
As our Year 2 Teacher you will:
Lead a Year 2 class and prepare pupils for end-of-Key Stage 1 assessments.
Deliver engaging and creative lessons that promote progress and independence.
Assess learning and plan interventions where needed.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support every childs learning.
(If applicable) Take on subject or phase leadership responsibilities.
What Were Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience teaching in Key Stage 1.
Strong understanding of Year 2 curriculum and assessment requirements.
Reflective organised and collaborative approach.
Commitment to creativity and inclusion.
Open to TLR opportunities.
